Iron plays an important role in reducing tiredness and fatigue. We have also added vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 (helps maintain a normal energetic metabolism), and vitamin B2, as well as vegetable extracts such as ginseng, Siberian ginseng and guarana.
