Pumpkin is native to North America. It is a rasterize plant that can grow to 10 meters long. It is a food of high nutritional value, rich in vitamin C, ß-Carotene and Minerals, mainly Phosphorus. Gentian is native to the mountains of central and southern Europe. It is a perennial plant that can grow to 2 meters tall. The leaves are 10 to 30 cm long and 4 to 12 cm across. They are broadly lanceolate to elliptic.

How to use

From 3 years. Take 20 ml, two tablespoons in a single dose a day or it can be divided into two doses, a 10 ml tablespoon before lunch and another 10 ml tablespoon before dinner. It can be taken alone or dissolved in some other liquid.
