Alerphyt^® is a food supplement that combines various vegetable extracts: Dwarf Everlast and Green Nettle, with Quercetin (a bioflavonoid which is a natural substance found in many fruits and vegetables) extracted from apples and red onions. It also contains Bromelain (from pineapples), N-acetylcysteine and Vitamin C. This excellent combination comes in capsules, and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

How to use

Two weeks after spring has begun: 1 capsule a day, preferably after breakfast. During spring: 2 – 3 capsules a day after main meals. We recommend starting to take these supplements before the arrival of spring.
