At the pharmaceutical level, it must be taken into account that its chemotype and indications vary depending on the growth zone and time of distillation. In this case, the rosemary qt camphor, is mainly from Spain and concentrates its activity at the muscular and circulatory level, but it also has greater contraindications to take into account.

How to use

Take 1 drop diluted in a tablespoon of honey or vegetable oil, maximum 1 drop a day. 1 drop = 40 mg
