It is one of the best known citrus fruits and from it we obtain an essential oil with a peculiar clean and fresh aroma that helps to revitalise body and mind. Highly appreciated both in the cosmetic and food fields, it is undoubtedly an essential oil of reference and widespread use.

Lemon essential oil*.Citrus limon, obtained by cold pressing of the peel225 mg

How to use

Take 1 or 2 drops diluted in a tablespoon of honey or vegetable oil, maximum 5 drops per day. 5 drops = 225 mg

Warnings

Food supplement based on plants. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place. 

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Store below 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Discontinue use if any reaction occurs. Do not use during pregnancy, lactation or in children under 6 years of age. Risk of photosensitisation, do not expose to the sun for 12 hours after use. In case of treatment with anticoagulants, consult your doctor.
