Niauli belongs to the melaleucas family, as is the precious essential oil of tea tree. Although different in composition, we can also consider niauli an essential oil of reference for its many uses and its perfect tolerance. On the other hand, its content in cineole 1.8, makes it a bedside essential oil in winter months and times of viral pathologies.

How to use

Take 1 or 2 drops diluted in a tablespoon of honey or vegetable oil, maximum 5 drops a day. 5 drops = 225 mg
