Valerian Glycerinate 50 ml Botanical Bio Drasanvi

Valerian is a very well known plant traditionally used since ancient times. Its use has been documented since at least the time of ancient Greece, where Hippocrates described its therapeutic properties. It is easily identified by its little pale pink flowers. Most of its bioactive compounds, such as Essential Oils, Valerenic Acid and Gamma-aminobutiric Acid (GABA), are found in the root. We have selected a Valerian Glycerinate Extract with a 1:3 ratio. This means that for each gram of Extract we have used 3 grams of fresh plant. Our Valerian Glycerinate Extract is titrated in Valerenic Acid 0,5 mg/ml, providing 1,5 mg per day.

How to use

Take 1 ml (approximately 28 drops) diluted in a glass of water three times a day, preferably before main meals.

Warnings

Due to its BIO nature (it does not contain preservatives), close tightly and refrigerate after opening. Once opened consume before one month. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of younger children. Store in a cool, dry place.
