How to use

Shake well before use. Take one vial daily directly or dilute it in a glass of water or juice. You may solve sugar or sweetener if you prefer. Preferably take at breakfast. If you are taking 2 vials daily, take one at breakfast and one at dinner. We recommend taking 2-3 boxes of this product and then taking Oseogen Joint food supplement.
