Milk Thistle is a plant originally native to Mediterranean and south-eastern Europe, northern Africa and western Asia, where it grows in open spaces and along roadsides. It may grow up to 1 meter tall during the flowering phase. It has long thorns and red-purple flowers. The seeds contain a group of three active ingredients: Silybin, Silydianin and Silychristin, collectively referred to as Silymarins. In addition, they are rich in Vitamin C, Beta-carotens and Minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Selenium. We have selected a Milk Thistle Glycerinate Extract with a 1:3 ratio. This means that for each gram of Extract we have used 3 grams of fresh plant. Besides, our Milk Thistle Glycerinate Extract is titrated in Silybin 8 mg/ml, providing 24 mg per day.

How to use

Take 1 ml (approximately 28 drops) diluted in a glass of water three times a day, preferably before main meals.

Due to its BIO nature (it does not contain preservatives), close tightly and refrigerate after opening. Once opened consume before one month.
