Golden Brown Cane Sugar Bio 500 g Ecosana

Cane sugar is obtained from unprocessed or unrefined sugar cane juice, from organic crops, through mechanical processes that respect the environment. The sugar cane juice is evaporated with heat treatment to eliminate moisture, generating a thick molasses from which the different types of sugars are obtained. After the sugar is crystallized, it is centrifuged to get granulated sugar. Depending on the centrifugation speed, the sugar takes on a more or less light colour. This brown sugar has a more golden colour than our usual cane sugar. That is why we call it Golden. You can use it to sweeten any drink, yogurt, smoothie or in your favorite pastry recipes.
