ECOSANA’s Virgin Argan Oil from organic farming is obtained only by mechanical processes and never using high temperatures, to preserve all its properties. It has a roasted and intense flavor, which can remind us of the hazelnut flavour. For this reason it is usually used in raw dishes, to avoid the loss of aroma and properties due to the effect of heat.
