ECOSANA Bio bee pollen has been extracted from bee hives, in which flowers grown under the principles of organic farming have been used for its preparation. It is a food supplement highly valued for its complex composition of enzymes, vitamins and minerals that make it ideal for strengthening the immune system, especially in times of seasonal change when we are more exposed to the weather. Mode of use
Take between 1 and 3 tablespoons a day. For better absorption, it is recommended to soak the pollen in water or juice for 12 hours. It is advisable to rest 10 days every 20 days after taking it continuously.
