Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablespoons in one of the main meals, either alone or incorporated into meals (yogurt, salads, legumes), since it has a neutral flavor and would not alter the taste of the food. It can be taken continuously, as long as it is considered necessary.
