Used in dry extract form

In our Maca capsules we use dry extracts, instead of powdered plants. The extract presentation allows the product to be concentrated, which results in the same result using less quantity. We have chosen a Maca extract with a 4:1 ratio, that is, 5000 mg of the plant have been used to obtain 500 mg of the extract. The mention of dry extract refers to a specific extraction process, in which the active ingredients of interest are maintained and impurities and other substances not of interest for this purpose are eliminated. The use of plant extracts has several advantages compared to the use of powdered plants:

1. You can precisely know the content of active ingredients (standardized extracts).
2. Products based on plant extracts are more concentrated than those made from total plant powder (Concentrated and easy-to-take dose).
3. The assimilation of the active ingredients alone is easier than the assimilation of the entire compound of a plant. Impurities and fibers present in the total dust.

Standardized extracts

Another of the most important advantages in our formulation is the use of standardized extracts, this means that the plant provides active ingredients (also called plant strength), constant over time. In the case of Maca, it is titrated in macamide, ensuring that 0,25 mg is always provided per daily dose.

Concentrated and easy-to-take dose

The use of concentrated and titrated dry extracts allows us to obtain the same dose in a single capsule.

Vegetable capsules

The capsules used are of plant origin, specifically they are made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. These capsules are certified by the Vegetarian Society. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is obtained from the cellulose of various plant structures.

Allergen free

Maca capsules are made so that there is no contamination with any of the most common allergens, among which we highlight gluten.

Packaged in blister

Maca capsules are presented in packaging called blisters: The blisters protect the product from shocks and environmental effects, in order to ensure its composition over time. The use of these materials, compared to other presentations, protects it from humidity and microbial contamination.
