How to use
Take 17 g of powder daily (approximately 2 level scoops), divided into two doses: one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably between meals. Each dose should be dissolved in a large glass of water, and the use of a shaker is recommended to facilitate better dissolution of the powder. (1 scoop equals 8.5 g of powder). Separating the two doses promotes more complete absorption of the active ingredients. This container provides approximately 20 daily doses, and a 3-month program is recommended. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and humidity.
