Marine Collagen and the richness of Amino Acids
The Collagen used comes from fish. Collmar® has a high percentage of Glycine, Proline and Hydroxyproline, the major amino acids of Collagen, and essential amino acids. Specific studies have shown that our Collagen is the one that our body assimilates best:
- According to a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry*, Marine Collagen is more easily assimilated than other sources of Collagen, such as porcine or bovine.
- An independent study carried out by INSA (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Toulouse) shows that our Marine Collagen is the one that is best assimilated, thanks to its hydrolyzation process.

Enzymatically Hydrolyzed
Collmar® has been subjected to a unique process of enzymatic hydrolysis, which consists of fragmenting it into smaller molecules, called peptides, so that they are more easily assimilated by the body. The EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) confirms, in the EFSA-Q document -2004-085, that hydrolyzation is essential for Collagen to be truly assimilated by the human body.

How to use
Take 10 g (two measuring scoops a day) divided into one or two doses. Dissolve in a glass of water or juice (200 ml) and shake to improve dissolution.
The separation into two doses is beneficial for the better assimilation of the active ingredients.
It is recommended to consume the product for at least three months.
