How to use
Dissolve 15 g per day (3 level scoops), divided into 2 doses, in a large glass of water (200 ml), preferably away from food. Recommended duration: 3 months.
- 1 scoop: 5 g of powder to be diluted = 4 g of collagen
- 3 measuring scoops: 15 g of powder to be diluted = 12 g of collagen
