Omega 3 is a type of polyunsaturated fat considered an essential fatty acid because it cannot be manufactured by the body. As a result, we must obtain Omega 3 fatty acids from foods such as fish (generally oily fish), nuts and seeds (flax, chia, etc). There are 6 types of Omega 3 fatty acids. The simplest is called Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA). The most important of the other Omega 3s are Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). The Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) in our Drasanvi Omega 3 softgels contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with any meal.
