Despu\u00e9s, remueve todo bien y, con el costillar sobre la bandeja del horno, vete echando la mezcla con una brocha. (Mejor por ambos lados).<\/p>\n\n\nCon el horno previamente precalentado a 200 grados, hornea la costilla durante unos 45 minutos, d\u00e1ndole la vuelta a los 20-25 minutos.\u00a0Por \u00faltimo, corta los esp\u00e1rragos e incl\u00fayelos en la bandeja unos diez o quince minutos antes de apagar el horno para que no se pasen.\nEl \u00faltimo paso, y uno de los que m\u00e1s sabor le dar\u00e1 a esta receta, es espolvorear en cada plato un pu\u00f1adito de semillas de c\u00e1\u00f1amo.\n&nbsp;\n&nbsp;]]>    \t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>rico en prote\u00ednas, \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales, vitaminas y enzimas.
