Y, sino, vean la receta de Oswaldo (tambi\u00e9n disponible en\u00a0el blog\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lacocinatuyyo.blogspot.com.es\/2017\/11\/burrata-con-pesto-de-spirulina.html\">Cocina para ti<\/a>).\n<strong>EL SUPERALIMENTO DE ESTA RECETA ES:<\/strong>\n<strong>Semillas de Ch\u00eda:<\/strong>\u00a0reducen los antojos y sacian, debido a que absorben 10 veces su peso en agua, formando un gel voluminoso que es el que produce la sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad.
