Gracias a los <strong>Superalimentos<\/strong> podemos incluir en nuestros platos diarios de una manera sencill\u00edsima aquellos minerales, nutrientes y vitaminas que, de otra manera, no ingerimos\u00a0por no contar con los alimentos frescos necesarios en casa, por la falta de informaci\u00f3n o por no poder\u00a0realizar largas elaboraciones.\nLa semana pasada\u00a0destac\u00e1bamos los beneficios <a href=\"http:\/\/yomecuidoyque.com\/cocina-con-superalimentos\/\">del alga Chlorella, utilizado para una pasta con pesto; los de las Semillas de C\u00e1\u00f1amo, con las que realizamos dados de pollo crujiente; y los del Reishi, ingrediente que le otorga un aroma y sabor delicioso a un Choco-Latte.\u00a0<\/a>\n\n\n<h2>1.\u00a0 VICHYSSOISE CON HIERBA DE TRIGO<\/h2>\n\n\n<strong>Hierba de trigo:<\/strong> su principal propiedad es que\u00a0contiene gran cantidad de\u00a0<strong>minerales<\/strong>, incluyendo los m\u00e1s alcalinos:\u00a0<strong><em>potasio, calcio, magnesio y sodio<\/em><\/strong>.\nHay que tener en cuenta que la dieta\u00a0actual es bastante rica en alimentos refinados y az\u00facares que contribuyen a incrementar los niveles de acidez en el cuerpo, adem\u00e1s de aumentar las toxinas que ingerimos. Por ello, con la hierba de trigo ayudaremos a restaurar los niveles de PH al actuar como agente alcalinizante.\nPor otro lado, <strong>refuerza el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico<\/strong> para combatir estados de dolencia. En el caso de las personas que sufren\u00a0alergias a los l\u00e1cteos, como los intolerantes a la lactosa, tambi\u00e9n pueden aumentar\u00a0la ingesta de prote\u00ednas gracias a este superalimento de una manera muy c\u00f3moda.\nPor su baja cantidad de grasas e hidratos de carbono, la\u00a0prote\u00edna de guisante\u00a0es ideal para los\u00a0atletas veganos y vegetarianos\u00a0que est\u00e9n en\u00a0\u00e9poca de definici\u00f3n muscular.
