Entrenamientos, alimentaci\u00f3n, nutrici\u00f3n\u2026 en definitiva, todos sus h\u00e1bitos saludables para llegar en plena forma a los juegos ol\u00edmpicos de Rio de Janeiro 2016 y as\u00ed hacer historia para el deporte espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carolina es el mejor ejemplo de que con esfuerzo e ilusi\u00f3n,\u00a0 la palabra imposible no existe.\u00a0Tiene 29 a\u00f1os y si consigue clasificarse para los juegos ol\u00edmpicos de Rio, ser\u00e1 la gimnasta ol\u00edmpica m\u00e1s veterana de la historia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con la mirada puesta en las olimpiadas de Rio 2016, ahora su objetivo se centra en clasificarse entre las 15 mejores gimnastas en el pr\u00f3ximo campeonato mundial de Stuttgart que se celebra en la ciudad alemana el pr\u00f3ximo mes de Septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dieta, nutrici\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica<\/h2>\n\n\nLa preparaci\u00f3n de una olimpiada es un proceso muy complejo.
