El tiempo juega a nuestro favor, por lo que es un buen momento para hacer nuestros men\u00fas m\u00e1s saludables.\nY, en este aspecto, tambi\u00e9n entran los dulces. \u00bfSe pueden hacer postres 'healthy' para no renunciar a tradiciones tan deliciosas como la de tomar unas torrijas en Semana Santa? \u00a1Pues claro que s\u00ed!\nPara demostr\u00e1rtelo, aqu\u00ed te dejamos tres recetas de torrijas poco cal\u00f3ricas, aptas para diab\u00e9ticos y una para veganos. \u00a1Lo dif\u00edcil ser\u00e1 elegir!\n\n\n<h2>1. TORRIJAS CON PAN INTEGRAL<\/h2>\n\n\nSomos conscientes de que las torrijas no son todo lo ligeras que nos gustar\u00eda, por eso podemos utilizar pan integral para hacerlas menos pesadas y m\u00e1s digestivas\n<strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>\n\n\n<ul class=\"asset-recipe-list\">\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr\">Pan integral<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">Leche de almendra u otra bebida vegetal<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr m-no-amount\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">1 cucharadita de semillas de lino molidas\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr m-no-amount\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">Levadura de cerveza en copos\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr m-no-amount\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">Canela molida y canela en rama<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr m-no-amount\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">1 pizca de c\u00farcuma<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr m-no-amount\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra o girasol<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">Zumo de naranja reci\u00e9n\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">Agua<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr\"><span class=\"asset-recipe-ingr-name\">Lim\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"asset-recipe-list-item m-is-ingr m-no-amount\">Az\u00facar de abedul (tiene un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico de 7 frente a 64 del az\u00facar convencional)<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>\n\n\n<ol>\n \t\n\n<li>Cortamos el pan integral en rodajas (comprueba que sea 100% integral) y ponemos en una fuente la bebida vegetal con las semillas de lino, la canela, la c\u00farcuma la levadura de cerveza y batimos. Debemos esperar unos minutos a que espese un poco.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Despu\u00e9s, ponemos a remojo las rodajas de pan durante unos 20 minutos. Es importante que les demos la vuelta de vez en cuando para que se empapen bien.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Mientras tanto, cocemos el zumo de naranja con la corteza de lim\u00f3n, la rama de canela y el az\u00facar. No debe llegar a hervir, sino que necesitamos que reduzca lentamente.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>\u00a0Por \u00faltimo, las horneamos unos 15-20 minutos a unos 180\u00ba o 200\u00ba grados y, cuando las tengamos listas, las pintamos con el alm\u00edbar que hemos elaborado. Puedes espolvorear un poco de canela o az\u00facar, si lo deseas.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n<h2>2. TORRIJAS DE CHOCOLATE LIGHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\u00bfY si le echamos un poco de chocolate? Seguro que los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os (y los que no lo son tanto&#8230;) las disfrutar\u00e1n much\u00edsimo. Al igual que en la anterior receta, haremos las torrijas al horno y no fritas y no usaremos nada de az\u00facar convencional.\n<strong><span class=\"title3\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/strong>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>1 barra de pan<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>1 litro de leche desnatada<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>1 rama de canela<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo puro desgrasado<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Huevo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Aceite<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Az\u00facar de coco, de abedul o un poco de miel para espolvorear y\/o decorar al final.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<strong><span class=\"title3\">Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong>\n\n\n<ol>\n \t\n\n<li>Calentamos la leche con el cacao en polvo, mientras cortamos el pan en rodajas.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Despu\u00e9s, sumergimos las rodajas en la leche y, luego, las pasamos por huevo batido en ambos lados.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Ponemos en un plato un poco m\u00e1s de cacao en polvo y cubrimos los trozos de pan.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>El \u00faltimo paso ser\u00e1 hornear durante unos 12-15 minutos a unos 180 \u00ba.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Si lo deseas, espolvorea una pizca de az\u00facar de coco o de abedul.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n<h2>3. TORRIJAS VEGANAS y SIN GLUTEN<\/h2>\n\n\nAdem\u00e1s del tipo de pan o\u00a0 los aromatizantes, podemos sustituir la leche animal por bebidas vegetales y la harina de trigo, por la de garbanzo o arroz para que lo puedan consumir personas con intolerancia al gluten. \u00a1Adapta la receta a tus necesidades!\n<strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Pan sin gluten<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Bebida se soja, de arroz o de coco<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Una ramita de canela<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Piel de lim\u00f3n y de naranja<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>5 cuchadradas de harina de garbanzo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Az\u00facar de coco o de abedul.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>\n\n\n<ol>\n \t\n\n<li>Cortamos el pan en rodajas y ponemos a cocer abundante cantidad de bebida vegetal (al menos 700 ml) con una ramita de canela y tres o cuatro trozos de piel de lim\u00f3n y de naranja. Cuando hierva, lo retiramos del fuego y dejamos que enfr\u00ede. Tambi\u00e9n, debemos eliminar la canela y los trozos de piel.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Ba\u00f1amos las rodajas en la bebida y las pasamos por una mezcla de 5 cucharadas de harina de garbanzo o de arroz y una cucharadita de vinagre. (Debemos removerlo bien, previamente, para que la mezcla quede con una consistencia parecida al huevo batido. Y para ello, tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 necesario echar un poco de agua)<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, las rebozamos con un poco de aceite de oliva o las horneamos unos 15 minutos a unos 180\u00ba.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n<h2>OTROS TRUCOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Si las prefieres con un sabor diferente, a\u00f1ade a la leche o bebida vegetal especias como cardamomo, an\u00eds estrellado, pimienta de Jamaica y clavo.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>U opta por rellenarlas de fruta. Pero, para ello, debes hacer las rodajas m\u00e1s gruesas y abrirlas por la mitad sin llegar al extremo, como si fuera un libro.
