Cada uno elige. Combinar fruta con verdura est\u00e1 bien. Legumbres con queso, tambi\u00e9n. Y, por ejemplo, \u00bffrutos secos con marisco? Pues tampoco suena mal.\nPero si hay algo que nunca debe faltar en nuestras ensaladas son los <strong>SUPERALIMENTOS<\/strong>. \u00bfSab\u00e9is lo que son?\nSon alimentos con un potencial nutricional muy interesante para nuestro organismo por su alta concentraci\u00f3n en antioxidantes, vitaminas o minerales, y que, en general, no solemos incluir en nuestra dieta a menudo porque no conocemos su existencia o sus beneficios, entre otras cosas.\nDe este modo, y gracias al formato en el que se comercializan (polvo o semillas) es muy f\u00e1cil incluirlos en nuestros platos y, especialmente, en las ensaladas.\nMuchos os preguntar\u00e9is si su presentaci\u00f3n en polvo le resta propiedades. Para nada. Precisamente, es una de las maneras m\u00e1s saludables de consumirlos, puesto que este tipo de alimentos son m\u00e1s beneficios en su estado crudo -otra raz\u00f3n por la que no los tomamos a menudo- y, de esta forma, estaremos haci\u00e9ndolo tras haber sido sometidos a un proceso de recolecci\u00f3n y envasado bio.\n\n\n<h2><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los superalimentos que debemos incluir en nuestras ensaladas?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<ol>\n \t\n\n<li><strong>SEMILLAS DE C\u00c1\u00d1AMO:<\/strong>\u00a0 Tienen un alto porcentaje de prote\u00ednas y amino\u00e1cidos esenciales y entre sus propiedades saludables destacan sus beneficios para regular el colesterol, Adem\u00e1s, son muy ricas en Omega 3. Pero, lo mejor, es que tienen un sabor muy similar a la nuez que le aporta un extra a cualquier ensalada.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>SEMILLAS DE CH\u00cdA:<\/strong> Aportan fibra y Omega 3 y son muy saciantes, por lo que se convierten en una opci\u00f3n ideal para cualquier dieta saludable y de p\u00e9rdida de peso.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>ALGA SPIRULINA:<\/strong>\u00a0 Se considera el alimento m\u00e1s nutritivo del mundo. La OMS le ha otorgado la distinci\u00f3n de alimento m\u00e1s completo por su riqueza en prote\u00ednas y gran aporte en hierro y vitaminas del grupo B y K. Es detoxificante y muy depurativo por su contenido en clorofila, por lo que tambi\u00e9n ayuda a combatir el cansancio y la fatiga.\nCon este superalimento puedes hacer una vinagreta con la que te chupar\u00e1s los dedos: con una cucharadita de Spirulina, cinco de aceite de oliva, el zumo de medio lim\u00f3n y un poco de cilantro, perejil y pimienta y sal \u00a1la tendr\u00e1s lista!<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>C\u00daRCUMA:<\/strong> Es muy popular por su virtudes para aliviar el malestar estomacal y contiene gran cantidad de minerales y vitaminas.
