{"id":2824,"date":"2016-09-14T09:30:46","date_gmt":"2016-09-14T07:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yomecuidoyque.com\/?p=2824"},"modified":"2016-09-14T09:30:46","modified_gmt":"2016-09-14T07:30:46","slug":"ayuda-la-l-carnitina-quemar-grasa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drasanvi.com\/en\/ayuda-la-l-carnitina-quemar-grasa\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfAyuda la L-CARNITINA a quemar grasa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><![CDATA[\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La suplementaci\u00f3n con L-Carnitina para el control de peso obtiene mejores resultados si se\u00a0combina con h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables, buena alimentaci\u00f3n \u00a0y ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tenemos como objetivo ayudar a nuestro organismo a disminuir la grasa corporal, es fundamental que la suplementaci\u00f3n con L-Carnitina se combine con h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables, buena alimentaci\u00f3n y ejercicio f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si bien habl\u00e1bamos anteriormente del uso de la L-Carnitina en la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/yomecuidoyque.com\/ayuda-la-l-carnitina-mejorar-la-capacidad-trabajo-muscular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">actividad deportiva<\/a><\/span>, hoy nos centraremos en analizar si realmente ayuda a <strong>disminuir la grasa corporal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay ciertos estudios que han obtenido resultados a favor de la acci\u00f3n \u201c<strong>quema de grasa<\/strong>\u201d de la L-Carnitina, en ellos se ha podido observar que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t\n\n<li>La realizaci\u00f3n de un ejercicio aer\u00f3bico en bicicleta, acompa\u00f1ado de la ingesta de 4 g\/d\u00eda divididos en dos tomas durante 24 semanas, se incrementaba la L-Carnitina a nivel muscular. Por lo que mejorar\u00eda el <strong>env\u00edo de \u00e1cidos grasos a las mitocondrias<\/strong> de las c\u00e9lulas [1].<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>En personas sin deficiencia de L-Carnitina, la ingesta de 3 g\/d\u00eda divididos en 3 tomas, durante 10 d\u00edas, demostraron de manera concluyente que produc\u00eda <strong>un aumento de la oxidaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos grasos<\/strong> de cadena larga [2].<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>En hombres j\u00f3venes y sanos, que realizaron actividades f\u00edsicas de baja intensidad, la ingesta de una bebida que conten\u00eda 1,36 g de L-Carnitina y 80 g de hidratos de carbono, dos veces al d\u00eda, durante 12 semanas, se aument\u00f3 el contenido de Carnitina muscular, y <strong>se impidi\u00f3 un 18% aumento de la masa grasa<\/strong> corporal asociado con la administraci\u00f3n de suplementos de hidratos de carbono [3].<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nPero tambi\u00e9n es cierto que existen otros estudios que no han podido demostrar la eficacia de este suplemento, ya que <strong>la oxidaci\u00f3n <\/strong>de las grasas no ha podido <strong>relacionarse directamente<\/strong> con la ingesta de L-Carnitina.\n\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t\n\n<li>Hay estudios que reflejan que una ingesta de 4-6 g\/d\u00eda durante 7-14 d\u00edas [4,5] no produce ning\u00fan efecto sobre la oxidaci\u00f3n de las grasas o el ahorro de gluc\u00f3geno muscular en condiciones de ejercicio que maximicen la oxidaci\u00f3n de los \u00e1cidos grasos.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>En <strong>adultos obesos<\/strong>, se ha producido una <strong>mejora en la oxidaci\u00f3n de grasa,<\/strong> tras la ingesta de 3 g\/d\u00eda durante 10 d\u00edas, pero los investigadores declaraban que esta mejora podr\u00eda estar suscitada por un <strong>aumento del metabolismo<\/strong> consecuencia del ejercicio y la dieta entre otros, por lo tanto estos resultados podr\u00edan no ser iguales en personas con normopeso, sanos, o deportistas [6].<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>En mujeres postmenop\u00e1usicas, con <strong>sobrepeso moderado<\/strong>, que caminaron 30 min al d\u00eda \/ 4 d\u00edas a la semana, y tomaron 2 g\/d\u00eda durante 8 semanas de L-Carnitina, no vieron afectada su p\u00e9rdida de peso, composici\u00f3n corporal o los marcadores del metabolismo graso, pero s\u00ed se aument\u00f3 el <strong>gasto energ\u00e9tico en reposo<\/strong> [7], que podr\u00eda ser consecuencia de la realizaci\u00f3n del propio ejercicio.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de una gran cantidad de literatura que describe los mecanismos b\u00e1sicos de la acci\u00f3n del metabolismo de la L-Carnitina, sigue habiendo cierta incertidumbre respecto a los efectos de la suplementaci\u00f3n con L-Carnitina oral sobre la oxidaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos grasos.
