No solo de batidos de prote\u00edna viven los amantes del deporte y del gimnasio.\nSi piensas que la \u00fanica manera de consumir algunos suplementos deportivos en formato polvo es a trav\u00e9s de un shaker y mezclado con agua o bebida vegetal est\u00e1s muy equivocado.\nPara llevar a cabo una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, sea con la finalidad que sea (p\u00e9rdida de grasa, mantener tu peso, ganar masa muscular...), puedes optar por incluir tus prote\u00ednas o recuperador muscular en multitud de recetas saludables para tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda.\nLa prote\u00edna de suero o whey protein es la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s utilizada en estos casos, aunque es aconsejable mezclarla con otros tipos de prote\u00ednas como la de guisante o la de arroz integral. Adem\u00e1s, para aquellas personas que no consumen productos de origen animal,\u00a0tambi\u00e9n existe la opci\u00f3n de incluir prote\u00ednas veganas de diversos sabores.\n\n\n<h2>Helado de chocolate<\/h2>\n\n\nUn capricho en verano y, por qu\u00e9 no decirlo, tambi\u00e9n de invierno. Yo he elegido el de chocolate, pero esta receta se puede realizar tambi\u00e9n con prote\u00ednas de fresa o de vainilla, aunque, en ese caso, cambiar\u00eda las pepitas de chocolate por alg\u00fan trocito de fruta o frutos secos. En el caso de utilizar prote\u00ednas veganas tambi\u00e9n habr\u00eda que sustituir la leche entera por una bebida vegetal (de almendra, de avena&#8230;)\n<strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>300 gr. pl\u00e1tano<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>150 ml. leche entera<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>65 gr. prote\u00edna Whey chocolate<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>25 gr. cacao en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>15 gr. miel (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>50 gr. pepitas de chocolate (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nCorta los pl\u00e1tanos en rodajas y gu\u00e1rdalos en el congelador durante una hora como m\u00ednimo. Despu\u00e9s, trit\u00faralo con la leche, la Whey Protein y el cacao en polvo.\nA\u00f1ade, por \u00faltimo, la miel y las pepitas de chocolate o alg\u00fan fruto seco\u00a0y mezcla, en este caso, con una cuchara para incorporarlos al helado de manera homog\u00e9nea\nEcha toda la mezcla en un recipiente y m\u00e9telo en el congelador durante un par de horas. Pasado ese tiempo, s\u00e1calo y vuelve a\u00a0remover para que consiga la consistencia adecuada. Es necesario volver a\u00a0introducirlo, al menos,\u00a0durante otras dos horas m\u00e1s.\n\n\n<h2>Crunchy de\u00a0pollo<\/h2>\n\n\nReceta f\u00e1cil y muy r\u00e1pida. En solo 15 minutos podr\u00e1s degustar unos crujientes y saludables muslitos de pollo. Perfectos para cualquier comida principal y sin lamentarnos por la ingesta de grasas.\n<strong>Ingredientes (para 2 personas)<\/strong>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Pechuga de pollo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>2 claras de huevo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>1 cacito de Whey Protein<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Ajo en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\u00a1Adi\u00f3s al aceite! Pon a calentar el horno a 200-220 grados mientras cortas la pechuga en tiras y las pasas por la plancha. Al mismo tiempo,\u00a0echa en\u00a0un bol las claras de huevo\u00a0(si te gusta el sabor agridulce, a\u00f1ade un poco vinagre y edulcorante).\n\n\n<div>\n\n\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00a0En\u00a0otro recipiente a\u00f1ade\u00a0un cacito de Whey Protein, con media cucharada de ajo en polvo, or\u00e9gano y pimienta. La mezcla resultante servir\u00e1 para hacer el rebozado. As\u00ed que&#8230; \u00a1Manos a la obra! Pasa las tiras por las claras y luego reboza con las prote\u00ednas con especias.<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"separator\">Col\u00f3calas en una bandeja y al horno durante unos 10 minutos.<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"separator\">Mousse de fresa<\/h2>\n\n\n<strong>Ingredientes para la base<\/strong>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 gr. harina de almendra<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"ingredient\">50 gr. coco rallado<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"ingredient\">30 ml. clara de huevo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li class=\"ingredient\">10 gr. cacao puro en polvo (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<strong>Ingredientes para el relleno<\/strong>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>200 gr. de fresas<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>5 hojas de gelatina<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>250 gr de yogur<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>60 gr o dos cacitos de Whey Protein de fresa<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Una cucharada de stevia en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>150 gr de bebida de coco<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Fresas, ar\u00e1ndanos o frutos rojos para decorar<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nAunque es la comida que siempre intentamos evitar, es con la que m\u00e1s disfrutamos. Por ello, os propongo una alternativa sin pecado y apta para cualquier paladar.\nPrecalienta el horno y coloca papel vegetal untado con un poco de margarina para para que no se pegue la mezcla. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1ade todos los ingredientes en un bol hasta crear una bola compacta. Lo puedes hacer en el microondas durante unos minutos (vete comprobando el resultado cada 40 segundos m\u00e1s o menos).\nPor \u00faltimo, junta las tres mezclas y deja enfriar en la nevera durante unas 3-4 horas. Luego solo tendr\u00e1s que desmoldar y a comer&#8230;\n&nbsp;\n\n\n<h2>Muffins de sand\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\nDespertador, desayuno, gimnasio, trabajo&#8230; Dale a tu d\u00eda un extra de energ\u00eda, a media ma\u00f1ana o por la tarde, con estos muffins recuperadores, ideales para reponerse despu\u00e9s del ejercicio f\u00edsico. Hasta ahora todas las recetas de las que hemos hablado han sido con Whey Protein, pero tambi\u00e9n es posible cocinar con el Recuperador muscular, necesario para que nuestro cuerpo\u00a0retome la actividad de una manera normal y evitando lesiones.\n<strong>Ingredientes (para 1 persona)<\/strong>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>2 cacitos de recuperador muscular (Recovery Complex Sport Live 3:1 sabor sand\u00eda)<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas\u00a0de bebida vegetal (de almendras, de soja, de avena&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>30 gr. de avena en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>20 gr de\u00a0frutos rojos<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>3 claras de huevo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Una cucharadita de az\u00facar de coco<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nBate todos los ingredientes hasta conseguir una masa homog\u00e9nea y reparte la mezcla en una taza o un vaso que deber\u00e1s meter en el microondas durante un minuto y medio, aproximadamente, a m\u00e1xima potencia.
