Por eso hoy vamos a \u00a0contaros c\u00f3mo influye la alimentaci\u00f3n y otros factores a la hora de poder poner a punto nuestra mente\u00a0y mejorar nuestros estudios .\nExiste una relaci\u00f3n\u00a0directa entre la alimentaci\u00f3n y la concentraci\u00f3n o los niveles de estudio , sobre todo en ni\u00f1os y adolescentes\u00a0 . Una mala o buena alimentaci\u00f3n puede variar mucho el rendimiento escolar. Como ocurre con\u00a0una dieta baja en vitaminas, que puede provocar un descenso de la concentraci\u00f3n y la atenci\u00f3n .\nPor lo tanto, si estamos en \u00e9pocas de ex\u00e1menes , como puede ser ahora el caso , no necesitamos un aporte extra de hidratos de carbono (como piensa la mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n ) sino que lo ideal es un aumento de vitaminas, como pueden ser : B , E , POTASIO , MAGNESIO , ZINC , \u2026\nPor otro lado, la\u00a0alimentaci\u00f3n\u00a0 tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 muy relacionada con el estado an\u00edmico, el cual es fundamental a la hora de estudiar o querer llevar a cabo una tarea que requiera de concentraci\u00f3n\u00a0. Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 productos son \u00f3ptimos para afrontar los ex\u00e1menes con energ\u00eda? Os damos algunos consejos. \u00a1Toma nota!\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>No sustituir platos tradicionales por precocinados.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Incluir ensaladas y verduras .<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Consumir 3 veces por semana pasta o arroz .<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>5 Piezas de fruta diaria .<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>L\u00e1cteos diarios .<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Patatas diarias, pero cocinadas de forma saludable.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nPero si no es suficiente, tambi\u00e9n existen varios complementos naturales que te aportar\u00e1n energ\u00eda y claridad mental durante estas intensas jornadas. Entre ellas cabe destacar:\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Ginseng : Aporta gran\u00a0claridad mental , energ\u00eda y resistencia .<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Guaran\u00e1 : Es la planta que m\u00e1s cafe\u00edna contiene, por lo que aumenta el estado de alerta mental, mejorando la asociaci\u00f3n de ideas, la resistencia y la constancia .<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Tript\u00f3fano: Favorece el sue\u00f1o y es recomendable para regular el ciclo diario sue\u00f1o-vigila. Tiene efecto tranquilizante, id\u00f3neo para\u00a0estas \u00e9pocas de ex\u00e1menes.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Taurina: Mejora la funci\u00f3n cerebral y la calidad del sue\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s, te ayuda a lidiar con el estr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Melatonina : Act\u00faa como un reloj biol\u00f3gico, provocando sue\u00f1o de noche y disminuyendo por la ma\u00f1ana .<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<strong>C\u00f3mo influyen los factores ambientales , el sue\u00f1o y otros detalles a la hora del estudio:<\/strong>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>El lugar\u00a0de\u00a0estudio : Debe tener una buena iluminaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de contar con un mobiliario adecuado (silla y mesa a la altura correcta) y una temperatura agradable.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Prepara el material que necesitas antes de comenzar a estudiar.\u00a0Con ello evitar\u00e1s distracciones al tener que levantarte cada dos por tres.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Estudia sin hambre o concentrarte ser\u00e1 muy complicado.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Corta el tiempo de estudio en peque\u00f1as sesiones. Lo ideal es que cada rato no supere los 30 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Proponte un horario de estudio fijo ya que, seguir una rutina, tiene efectos notables sobre el rendimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Has de saber que el ejercicio f\u00edsico es muy bueno para una mente despejada.
