As\u00ed que es recomendable adoptar algunas medidas preventivas para que los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os se mantengan sanos y sean menos susceptibles de sufrir dolencias en la estaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s fr\u00eda del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prevenci\u00f3n contra enfermedades incluye h\u00e1bitos sociales, higi\u00e9nicos y alimentarios. Yo me detendr\u00e9 en las orientaciones nutricionales que\u00a0nos ayudar\u00e1n\u00a0a reforzar\u00a0el sistema inmunitario de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">H\u00c1BITOS NUTRICIONALES QUE AYUDAN A NUESTRO SISTEMA INMUNITARIO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t\n\n<li>Sustituir la leche de vaca por <strong>leche de cabra u oveja<\/strong>. Los l\u00e1cteos de caprinos contienen grasas saturadas (capr\u00edlico, capr\u00f3ico), que son beneficiosas a la salud, reforzando el sistema inmunitario, as\u00ed como sus case\u00ednas son menos alerg\u00e9nicas.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir <strong>aceite de coco<\/strong> en alguna preparaci\u00f3n diaria. Por ejemplo: untar bocadillos, hacer aves o pescados a la plancha, a\u00f1adir en la preparaci\u00f3n de bizcochos caseros, etc. El aceite de coco contiene \u00e1cido l\u00e1urico, una grasa saturada muy beneficiosa que est\u00e1 contenida en la leche materna, aumentando las defensas del organismo.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Incluir <strong>shiitake<\/strong> en polvo en sopas, pur\u00e9s de verduras, pistos y salsas. El shiitake es una seta muy rica en vitamina D, que aumenta la inmunidad entre muchos otros beneficios.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Hacer uso de un probi\u00f3tico, las cepas de <em>lactobacillus<\/em> son beneficiosas para promover una respuesta inmune favorable. Una buena alternativa es utilizar el <strong>k\u00e9fir.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Incluir <strong>prebi\u00f3ticos<\/strong> en la alimentaci\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o. Son fibras no digeridas contenidas en los alimentos que ayudan a que crezca una flora bacteriana intestinal saludable, combatiendo posibles bacterias malas que pueden se instalar en el organismo. Ejemplo: ajo, cebolla, puerros, pl\u00e1tanos, esp\u00e1rragos, avena, legumbres, alcachofas, achicoria, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>A\u00f1adir preparaciones con <strong>huevos org\u00e1nicos<\/strong> de 3 a 4 veces a la semana. Ricos en prote\u00ednas de \u00f3ptima asimilaci\u00f3n, son fuente de vitaminas A, D, E, vitaminas B y minerales importantes para mantener una nutrici\u00f3n equilibrada y tambi\u00e9n son libres de transg\u00e9nicos y medicamentos.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Hacer uso de <strong>Jalea Real y el Pr\u00f3polis<\/strong> (para ni\u00f1os a partir de los 3 a\u00f1os), vitamina C procedentes de frutas c\u00edtricas (naranja, pomelo, lima, kiwi, acerola) y de verduras verdes oscuras crudas. El proceso de cocci\u00f3n destruye la vitamina C de los alimentos.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de estos consejos para incorporar a nuestra dieta, recordad que tambi\u00e9n existen <strong>concentrados l\u00edquidos de extractos vegetales<\/strong> formulados especialmente para ni\u00f1os, que adem\u00e1s de ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de tomar, incluyen oligoelementos, vitaminas y extractos de plantas como acerola, equin\u00e1cea, acelga, estr\u00e1galo y reishi.
