Pero recordad, que lo importante no solo es hacer una dieta\u00a0 estricta (ya sea de adelgazamiento,\u00a0 d\u00e9tox, de control del colesterol, o para subir el hierro, etc)\u00a0 sino que es llevar una dieta equilibrada y nutritiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efectivamente, aunque hagas una dieta muy estricta para controlar el colesterol malo, no puedes asegurar que comes sano si no le est\u00e1s <strong>facilitando a tu organismo todos los nutrientes,<\/strong> como vitaminas, minerales y \u00e1cidos grasos que necesita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para comenzar una dieta equilibrada es fundamental, sobre todo, ir adquiriendo poco a poco una serie de h\u00e1bitos saludables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Planificar con antelaci\u00f3n los platos e ingredientes<\/strong> que vamos a realizar durante la semana, para compensar as\u00ed los nutrientes. Visita un nutricionista si quieres saber, por ejemplo, cu\u00e1ntas raciones semanales de hidratos de carbono (pasta, arroz, pan) necesitas, seg\u00fan tu actividad deportiva, o cu\u00e1l es la cantidad id\u00f3nea de pescado.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Hacer compra semanal con lo necesario para preparar esos platos. <\/strong>Parece una tonter\u00eda, pero t\u00fa y yo sabemos que si sales tarde del trabajo te va a dar pereza cocinar, y si te pasas por el supermercado ya con hambre caer\u00e1s en tentaciones que no debes.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Busca el placer de cocinar.<\/strong> Experimenta nuevas formas de cocci\u00f3n que no hayas probado nunca (al vapor, al papillot), con diferentes especias y condimentos (c\u00farcuma, jengibre, comino, cardamomo, etc)<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para asegurarnos de que estamos facilitando a nuestro organismo todos los nutrientes que necesita, \u00a0podemos recurrir a los complementos \u00a0alimenticios y otros productos naturales.
