Podemos mejorar y mucho nuestro\u00a0estado de \u00e1nimo y sobretodo nuestra capacidad mental siguiendo unos h\u00e1bitos sencillos y muy\u00a0saludables. \u00a0Entre ellos, una buena alimentaci\u00f3n, \u00a0dormir bien, hidratarse y hacer ejercicio. Pero, no podemos olvidar que la nutrici\u00f3n de nuestro cerebro tambi\u00e9n es parte esencial durante este periodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se alimenta nuestro cerebro?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ex\u00e1menes, en la recta final,\u00a0 s\u00e1cale\u00a0 el m\u00e1ximo partido a tu memoria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En \u00e9poca de ex\u00e1menes debemos cuidar nuestra memoria para sacarle el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento. Para ello, es recomendable hacer hincapi\u00e9 en la alimentaci\u00f3n, que debe incluir nutrientes espec\u00edficos para garantizar la perfecta actividad de los neurotransmisores, cuya misi\u00f3n principal es el funcionamiento de nuestra memoria, la agilidad mental y, en definitiva, el rendimiento intelectual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se alimenta nuestro cerebro?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En \u00e9pocas de grandes esfuerzos mentales,\u00a0como son los ex\u00e1menes, el cerebro se convierte en la parte m\u00e1s voraz de nuestro organismo,\u00a0 en cuanto a consumo de energ\u00eda. Nuestras neuronas consumen hasta un 20 por ciento de las propiedades energ\u00e9ticas de los alimentos.
