Prueba con el yoga o el pilates o, simplemente, aprovecha espacios abiertos como la monta\u00f1a o la playa para caminar, despejar la mente, practicar respiraciones pausadas, escuchar m\u00fasica&#8230; Tambi\u00e9n puedes adjudicar un rinc\u00f3n en tu casa en el que puedas refugiarte y encontrar esa tranquilidad que necesitas, dedic\u00e1ndote tiempo a ti misma de manera peri\u00f3dica. Ten en cuenta que este tipo de ejercicios disminuyen la tensi\u00f3n, la ansiedad o la angustia y mejoran la autoestima.\n\n\n<h2>2. EL SEDENTARISMO NO ES BUENO<\/h2>\n\n\nSi no practicas ning\u00fan deporte de manera habitual, obl\u00edgate a caminar todos los d\u00edas, por lo menos, media hora. Te ayudar\u00e1 a evitar la retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos y la mala circulaci\u00f3n y, adem\u00e1s, fortalecer\u00e1s huesos, articulaciones y m\u00fasculos.\n\n\n<h2>3.\u00a0LA ALIMENTACI\u00d3N, UN FACTOR CLAVE<\/h2>\n\n\nDurante la menopausia, existe una tendencia a aumentar de peso. Pero, \u00a1calma! Puedes &#8216;atacar&#8217; al enemigo de una forma muy natural:\n&#8211; Modera el consumo de sal\n&#8211; No mezcles f\u00e9culas en la misma comida (pasta, arroz, patatas, quinoa&#8230;)\n&#8211; El aceite de oliva debe ser tu aliado para todos tus platos debido a su contenido en Vitamina E, que favorece la producci\u00f3n de estr\u00f3genos.\n&#8211; Incrementa el consumo de alimentos y especias termog\u00e9nicas, como la pimienta, la c\u00farcuma, el jengibre&#8230;\n&#8211; \u00a0Evita los estimulantes como el caf\u00e9 y el t\u00e9, y si lo haces que sea solo en el desayuno.\n&#8211; Es important\u00edsimo que tomes alimentos ricos en calcio para prevenir la osteoporosis.\n\n\n<h2>4.
