{"id":3378,"date":"2017-01-25T15:46:52","date_gmt":"2017-01-25T14:46:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yomecuidoyque.com\/?p=3378"},"modified":"2017-01-25T15:46:52","modified_gmt":"2017-01-25T14:46:52","slug":"disruptores-endocrinos-alimentacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drasanvi.com\/cl\/disruptores-endocrinos-alimentacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Los disruptores endocrinos en la alimentaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><![CDATA[En mi post anterior os hablaba de <a href=\"http:\/\/yomecuidoyque.com\/aluminio-parabenos-higiene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qu\u00e9 son los disruptores endocrinos (EDCs &#8211; <em>Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals<\/em>) y sus efectos sobre la salud<\/a>, como alteraciones hormonales y disfunciones del organismo. \u00a0Ve\u00edamos que estos qu\u00edmicos forman parte de la<strong> composici\u00f3n de muchos productos<\/strong> de uso habitual, como los de higiene personal o limpieza del hogar.\nHoy nos centraremos en los disruptores endocrinos que podemos encontrarnos en la alimentaci\u00f3n y en los envases. Se trata de sustancias contenidas en los alimentos como metales pesados, conservantes u otras sustancias da\u00f1inas para el organismo.\nUno de los DISRUPTORES ENDOCRINOS m\u00e1s comunes son las <strong>dioxinas<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan la OMS, m\u00e1s del 90% de la exposici\u00f3n humana a las dioxinas procede de los alimentos, y fundamentalmente de la carne, los productos l\u00e1cteos, el pescado y el marisco.\n\n\n<h3><strong>Sus efectos sobre la salud incluyen: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Estr\u00e9s oxidativo<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Alteraciones de la espermatog\u00e9nesis,<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Trastorno de la funci\u00f3n inmune y del desarrollo dental y \u00f3seo,<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Alteraci\u00f3n de la reproducci\u00f3n femenina, de la gl\u00e1ndula mamaria<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Modificaci\u00f3n de la conducta<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nPor consiguiente, la protecci\u00f3n de los alimentos es de extrema importancia. Adem\u00e1s de las medidas aplicables en el origen para reducir la emisi\u00f3n de dioxinas, es necesario evitar la <strong>contaminaci\u00f3n secundaria<\/strong> de los alimentos a lo largo de la cadena alimentaria. Para la producci\u00f3n de alimentos inocuos es esencial que haya buenos controles y pr\u00e1cticas durante la producci\u00f3n primaria, el procesamiento, la distribuci\u00f3n y la venta.\n\n\n<h2><strong>Consejos para reducir la exposici\u00f3n a los EDCs en los alimentos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<strong>1.- Pelar las frutas y verduras<\/strong> reduce su carga de pesticidas. Adem\u00e1s de los pesticidas sist\u00e9micos que se encuentran en la piel y la carne de los alimentos o las plantas, la mayor\u00eda de los residuos de plaguicidas se concentran en la piel de los productos.\n2.- La <strong>eliminaci\u00f3n de la grasa de la carne y el consumo de productos l\u00e1cteos con bajo contenido graso<\/strong> pueden reducir la exposici\u00f3n a las dioxinas. El pienso que alimentan los animales suele estar contaminado por las dioxinas, lo que transmite al animal que las acumula en el tejido graso y la leche. As\u00ed como ocurre con nosotros humanos, transmitiendo de madre a hijo durante el per\u00edodo embrionario y\/o lactancia.\n3.- Lo mejor es acudir a tiendas de alimentos especializadas que solamente ofrezcan <strong>alimentos org\u00e1nicos<\/strong>. Estos productos est\u00e1n identificados por la etiqueta ecol\u00f3gica europea. As\u00ed reducir su exposici\u00f3n a m\u00e1s hormonas, pesticidas y fertilizantes.\n4.- <strong>Evitar botellas de pl\u00e1stico y envases de PVC.<\/strong> Si tienes beb\u00e9s, aseg\u00farate de que sus juguetes no contengan BPA, as\u00ed como chupetes, mordedores y cualquier cosa que tu beb\u00e9 pueda meterse a la boca.\n5.- Evitar <strong>embalajes de aluminio y enlatados, sartenes o fuentes de tefl\u00f3n <\/strong>(PFOA).\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>No utilices ollas y sartenes con hoyos, ara\u00f1azos y abolladuras. No emplees ollas de aluminio para cocinar o enlatados conteniendo tomates, ruibarbo, chucrut, o cualquier otro alimento muy \u00e1cido o muy salado<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>No guardes los alimentos en utensilios de aluminio. Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo permanece la comida en la olla o cacerola de aluminio, el m\u00e1s aluminio se filtra en la comida<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Remplaza tus utensilios de cocina con antiadherente por unos de cer\u00e1mica, porcelana o vidrio<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Utilizar alimentos envasados en botes de cristal<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n6.- Compra peces capturados en ambiente natural de medio a peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o.\n7.- El silicio ayuda que el cuerpo no absorba aluminio, as\u00ed como el consumo de algas, como la Spirulina o la Chlorella (considerados superalimentos), que ayudan a eliminar metales pesados de la alimentaci\u00f3n.\n8.- Una dieta equilibrada, con cantidades adecuadas de <strong>fruta, verduras y legumbres <\/strong>de temporada, as\u00ed como de cereales integrales, contribuye a evitar una exposici\u00f3n excesiva a una misma fuente alimentaria.\nBibliograf\u00eda\n\n\n<ol>\n \t\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/ceh\/publications\/endocrine\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The State of the Science of Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals 2012<\/a>.\u00a0OMS 2013<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Uemura H, Arisawa K, Hiyoshi M, Satoh H, Sumiyoshi Y, Morinaga K, Kodama K, Suzuki T, Nagai M, Suzuki T (septiembre de 2008). \u00abAssociations of environmental exposure to dioxins with prevalent diabetes among general inhabitants in Japan\u00bb.\u00a0<em>Environ.
