Estos son excelentes contra el colesterol y muchas enfermedades cardiovasculares, mejoran el estado de \u00e1nimo, la concentraci\u00f3n mental y ayudan al sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.\n\n\n<h2>Semillas de Ch\u00eda, el SuperAlimento de\u00a0Mayas y Aztecas<\/h2>\n\n\nAunque se han puesto muy de moda, las semillas de ch\u00eda ya eran utilizadas por antiguas civilizaciones como alimento b\u00e1sico de sus dietas. Y es que estas peque\u00f1as semillas\u00a0est\u00e1n repletas de vitaminas, minerales y \u00e1cidos grasos Omega 3, 6 y 9. Adem\u00e1s, poseen un alto contenido en fibra.\u00a0Son muy f\u00e1ciles de digerir y mezclar con otros alimentos por eso se han convertido en un b\u00e1sico para <a href=\"http:\/\/yomecuidoyque.com\/omega-3-basico-para-deportistas\/\">deportistas<\/a>, veganos y vegetarianos, pudi\u00e9ndose incorporar en ensaladas, verduras, yogures y batidos.
