Tiene un r\u00e1pido crecimiento (hasta \u00a02 metros de altura en 8 meses, \u00a0pudiendo alcanzar los 6 en pocos a\u00f1os) en casi cualquier tipo de suelo, incluso en condiciones de elevada aridez estacional y sequ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De este \u00e1rbol se pueden aprovechar todas sus partes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t\n\n<li>Las <strong>ra\u00edces<\/strong> de los \u00e1rboles muy j\u00f3venes son tuberosas, algo parecido a una zanahoria pero con sabor picante.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Las <strong>hojas tiernas <\/strong>se utilizan en guisos como el potaje o crudas en ensaladas aportando un sabor ligeramente picante.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Las <strong>flores<\/strong> son comestibles en ensalada.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Los <strong>frutos o vainas inmaduras <\/strong>se consumen cocidos del mismo modo que nos comer\u00edamos unas jud\u00edas verdes.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Y las <strong>semillas<\/strong> podemos obtenerlas hirviendo las vainas durante unos minutos, se extraen y se comen, y tienen un sabor parecido a los garbanzos.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dado que no es un \u00e1rbol muy com\u00fan, no nos ser\u00e1 muy f\u00e1cil consumirlo de esta manera, pero s\u00ed la <strong>hoja pulverizada<\/strong>, que adem\u00e1s es la parte que mayor valor nutricional tiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios nos aporta la Moringa?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las hojas de la Moringa son muy ricas en muchos nutrientes. Debemos destacar adem\u00e1s su aporte en vitamina <strong>A, C, E y B1<\/strong>, siendo por ejemplo su aportaci\u00f3n en vitamina C siete veces m\u00e1s que en las naranjas y, de vitamina A, cuatro veces m\u00e1s que las zanahorias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La lista de los <strong>minerales<\/strong> presentes en la <strong>Moringa<\/strong> es larga y entre los m\u00e1s importantes est\u00e1n incluidos el <strong>c<strong>alcio, cobre, hierro, potasio, magnesio y zinc. <\/strong><\/strong>El calcio es uno de los minerales m\u00e1s importantes para el crecimiento, el mantenimiento y la reproducci\u00f3n del cuerpo y la Moringa posee 17 veces m\u00e1s calcio que la leche, ayudando a prevenir la osteoporosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aporta adem\u00e1s grandes cantidades de <strong>prote\u00ednas y amino\u00e1cidos esenciales<\/strong> (aquellos que debemos de incluir en nuestra dieta porque nuestro cuerpo no es capaz de sintetizarlos a partir de otros), clorofila, carotenoides, \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3, 6 y 9, lute\u00edna, rutina y un listado enorme de antioxidantes como los <strong>flavonoides<\/strong>. \u00c9stos tienen multitud de propiedades en las que cabe destacar: antioxidantes, antiinflamatorias, cardiot\u00f3nicas y disminuci\u00f3n del colesterol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[Tweet \u00abLa Moringa posee 17 veces m\u00e1s calcio que la leche\u00bb]<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos consumirla?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dado que consumir la hoja fresca nos puede resultar muy dif\u00edcil, por no decir imposible, lo recomendable es consumirla secada y pulverizada. En el mercado podemos encontrar <strong>c\u00e1psulas con extracto seco<\/strong> de Moringa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El uso de extracto\u00a0 seco implica un proceso de extracci\u00f3n espec\u00edfico.
